Scotty Hicks obtained his real estate license for Georgia in 1998.
A year later in 1999 Scotty was also licensed in the state of Alabama .
In 2007 Scotty obtained his Auctioneers License from the State of Georgia. He is licensed to perform all auctions including residential, commercial, land, estate and equipment. Another step forward in being your full service real estate company.

Scotty is married to Sabrina Rivers and they have three children:  Benjamin, Noah and Hannah. They are active members of Southern Hills Christian Church of Carrollton .
